Responsibility: 41BIT LLC is the sole operator of the app and website, the software publisher and distributor, the developer-authorized end-user licensor, and the controller for processing whose purposes and means it determines. Sandro Thabiso Schaier is the developer and intellectual-property owner. Named independent controllers remain responsible for their own services.

41BIT LLC has designated Sandro Thabiso Schaier, Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Prague 10, Vinohrady, Czech Republic, as its representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR. EU/EEA data subjects and supervisory authorities may contact the representative about 41BIT LLC's processing at info@battery-sensei.app or at the postal address above.

This limited appointment creates a privacy contact point only. Sandro Thabiso Schaier is separately Battery Sensei's developer and intellectual-property owner, but is not the contracting app or site operator, distributor, seller, end-user licensor, or controller. 41BIT LLC remains solely responsible for its processing and all app and website operations.

All purchases on battery-sensei.app are processed by Polar Software, Inc., the reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. Polar independently handles payment, applicable sales taxes, refunds, invoicing, and chargebacks. Your purchase transaction is with Polar; 41BIT LLC is the sole operator and developer-authorized end-user licensor of the software and is responsible for the app, license terms, product support, and the data processing it determines. Polar issues the tax invoice in its name and provides it through the purchase email or customer portal.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw, subject to the consumer law that applies to you.

For digital content supplied immediately, that right may end when supply begins only if you gave prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium. Issuing or activating a key alone does not replace those conditions. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Polar, as merchant of record, processes purchase refunds. If you believe you retain a statutory withdrawal or refund right, use Polar's refund flow or write to info@battery-sensei.app; 41BIT LLC will help coordinate the request.

Separately from any statutory right, 41BIT LLC offers every Battery Sensei customer an unconditional, no-questions-asked refund for 14 days after purchase. Polar processes the refund as merchant of record; use its refund flow or contact us and we will coordinate it. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Content on battery-sensei.app is provided in good faith and kept as current as reasonably possible. We do not warrant that every detail is accurate, complete or up to date at any given moment. Software, pricing, third-party policies and legal references change.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or software. This exclusion does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

This site links to third-party pages we believe are useful, including documentation, comparison sites, checkout and licensing services, and privacy or consumer resources. We do not control those pages. Their operators are independently responsible for their content and data practices.

Sandro Thabiso Schaier, the developer, owns Battery Sensei, its source code, branding, documentation, and the original text, code, images, and illustrations on battery-sensei.app, except for identified third-party materials. 41BIT LLC does not own that intellectual property; the developer authorizes 41BIT LLC to operate, commercialize, publish, distribute, support, and grant end-user licences for it. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Reuse, reproduction, or modification beyond mandatory legal exceptions requires the intellectual-property owner's prior written consent.

Third-party brand marks (AlDente, BatFi, coconutBattery, iStat Menus, macOS, Apple) are referenced under nominative fair use for the purpose of comparison and are the property of their respective owners.

These terms and use of the website and software are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim elsewhere under the law of your residence remain unaffected.

Purchase and checkout disputes are also subject to Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms; Polar remains independently responsible for the sale as merchant of record. 41BIT LLC will assist with product or license issues within its responsibility.

Depending on where you live, you may contact a competent consumer-protection authority or out-of-court dispute-resolution body. We participate where applicable law requires it. Nothing here limits any remedy available before a competent authority, tribunal, or court.
